I provide support empowerment and information to nurture families after birth and through the first sweet days and weeks following it.
I offer personalized post-natal services and support to women, new parents, and families across the Denver and surrounding area.
My goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make learning about your baby and the bonding process easier on everyone, as well as pampering the new Mom.

What do Postpartum Doula's do?
It's time to bring that beautiful baby home from the hospital, or settle in after your home or birth center birth! Now what???
I can be there to help guide you through the next steps with non-judgmental physical, emotional, and educational support.
I can be there to help to care for your new baby while you shower, nap, exercise or just take a break!
I can assist with breastfeeding and any breastfeeding concerns you may have and refer you to licensed specialist should the need arise.
I can demonstrate newborn care techniques such as diapering, umbilical or circumcision care, feeding, bathing, swaddling, and many other things, as well as helping your become more attuned to your babys needs and expressions.
I provide non-medical support for Mom on her physical recovery from birth.
I am trained to recognize signs and symptoms of postpartum depression and can teach those supporting mom how to recognize them as well.
I can provide references for other care and experience for you or your newborn

Discounted hourly cost for 20, 40 and 80 hours.
From our initial meeting until you don't need my assistance, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will be there to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.

How I Got Here
Hi!
I am Deb. I am so excited about being your Postpartum Doula and helping you through this special time in your life!
I was a Respiratory Therapist for 18 years with lots of pediatric and Intensive Care Nursery experience. I also am a Mom and Grandma, and have been helping new Moms and taking care of babies since I was a tween.
